All property valuations, architectural projections, plot dimensions, and financial yield estimates presented across case studies (including Zalmi X Lahore, Gulberg Smart City, and Shalimar Smart City Sargodha) are provided for preliminary advisory purposes. Formal property transfers require executed developer contracts and legal due diligence.
3. Keynote Speaking & Executive Masterclasses
Keynote speaking bookings, masterclasses, and executive consultancy retainers requested through our Keynote Page or contact forms are executed under binding service agreements detailing event schedules, logistics, and honorarium structures.
4. Intellectual Property
All written case studies, market analysis publications, architectural photography, brand identity assets, and Substack dispatches are the exclusive intellectual property of Sajid Imran and Jaageer Marketing Pvt. Ltd.
5. Governing Law & Arbitration
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from advisory contracts shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Sargodha, Lahore, or Islamabad.
